Refund policy
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on supplements once they have been delivered. This policy ensures the quality and integrity of every product we provide.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing hello@loustra.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description so we can resolve the matter promptly. If your claim is approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Orders are shipped within the UK only; returns from outside the UK cannot be accepted.

Returns are not possible for reasons of change of mind, personal preference, or once packaging has been opened.
