UK Delivery Options

All delivery estimates are based on orders placed before 12pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next working day.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 working days

Intl Delivery Options

All delivery estimates are based on orders placed before 12pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next working day. 

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 working days (estimate only)

  • Express Shipping: 5-8 working days (estimate only)

Dispatch & Processing Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.

  • During peak periods (such as launches, holidays, or sales), dispatch may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Tracking details (where available) will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Loustra cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. If a package is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, please contact us at hi@loustra.com. to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

Delays Outside Our Control

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (such as courier issues, weather disruptions, or public holidays) may occur. Loustra cannot be held responsible for such delays but will work with our courier partners to resolve them quickly.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All UK orders qualify for free premium shipping (1–4 working days). International shipping is free for orders over £150.

When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, while premium delivery takes 1–2 working days. Orders are dispatched the same or next working day if placed before 12pm.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email (where available).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to USA, Canada, EU & Australia.

What if my order is returned to Loustra?
If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, please contact us at hi@loustra.com to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
