UK Delivery Options
All delivery estimates are based on orders placed before 4pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next working day.

Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. If a package is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, please contact us at hello@loustra.com. to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

Yes. All UK orders over £150 qualify for free premium shipping (1–4 working days).

Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, while premium delivery takes 1–2 working days. Orders are dispatched the same or next working day if placed before 4pm.

Yes. You’ll receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email (where available).
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Loustra™ only ships within the United Kingdom.
What if my order is returned to Loustra?
